Navigate to: HRMS → Engagement → Give Recognition

  1. Click "Give Recognition"
  2. Select Colleague to recognize
  3. Choose Recognition Type:
    • Thank You
    • Great Work
    • Team Player
    • Innovation
    • Customer Focus
  4. Write Recognition Message
  5. Add Points (if enabled)
  6. Make it Public/Private
  7. Submit recognition

Creating a Survey

  1. Navigate to HRMS → Engagement → Surveys
  2. Click "Create Survey"
  3. Enter Survey Title
  4. Add Questions:
    • Rating scale (1-5, 1-10)
    • Multiple choice
    • Open text
    • NPS score
  5. Set Target Audience
  6. Configure Anonymity Settings
  7. Set Deadline
  8. Publish survey

Goals & OKRs

Creating Goals

  1. Navigate to HRMS → Engagement → My Goals
  2. Click "Create Goal"
  3. Enter Goal Title
  4. Set Goal Type (Personal/Team/Company)
  5. Define Key Results (measurable outcomes)
  6. Set Target Date
  7. Link to Company OKR (if applicable)
  8. Submit for manager approval
