Creating a Course

Navigate to: HRMS → Training → Courses

  1. Click "Create"
  2. Enter Course Name
  3. Select Category (Technical/Soft Skills/Compliance/Leadership)
  4. Set Duration (hours/days)
  5. Define Learning Objectives
  6. Add Prerequisites if any
  7. Upload Course Materials (PDFs, videos, presentations)
  8. Set Target Audience (Department/Grade)
  9. Save the course

  1. Navigate to HRMS → Training → Programs
  2. Click "Create"
  3. Enter Program Name (e.g., "New Manager Development")
  4. Add Courses in sequence
  5. Set Completion Criteria
  6. Define Certification on completion
  7. Set Target Completion Time
  8. Publish program

Training Sessions

Scheduling a Session

  1. Navigate to HRMS → Training → Sessions
  2. Click "Create"
  3. Select Course
  4. Set Date, Start Time, End Time
  5. Select Trainer
  6. Choose Mode (Classroom/Virtual/Hybrid)
  7. Set Venue or Meeting Link
  8. Set Maximum Participants
  9. Publish session for enrollment
